MARY L. SMITH, CHT

Mary Smith received her hypnotherapy certification from Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the only nationally accredited college for Hypnotherapy. In addition, Mary received her certification in psychosynthesis coaching from the Psychospiritual Institute, which is a globally oriented initiative grounded in evolutionary psychology.

She is passionate about helping people achieve the best versions of themselves by overcoming obstacles, realizing their true natures, and creating life-long strategies for personal well-being. Mary is exceptionally sensitive and open to the needs and feeling of others, creating a space where every client is welcome and emotionally heard. 

Prior to her endeavors in hypnotherapy and coaching, Mary graduated with a degree in psychology from George Mason University. She then worked with the Central Intelligence Agency as an intelligence analyst. This unique background and trained analytic skillset instilled and continues to encourage a rigorous, critical approach to new information and dynamics. 

Mary’s emotive strengths and highly-trained analytic background allow a distinct and exceptionally strong style that combines critical thinking, intuition, wholistic understanding, and scientific balance.

 
 

Jason P. smith, PCC

Jason Smith is a seasoned Leadership and Personal Coach, Leadership Development specialist, facilitator, and learning curriculum developer. His extensive skillset combined with deep compassion create an environment that welcomes growth, strength, and creativity.  

He began his career with the Federal Government in both policy and intelligence positions and had the opportunity to work closely with the US military and law enforcement at all levels. An experienced first and second-line manager, the units Jason leads are known for high morale, trust, and good team dynamics, which he believes lead naturally and sustainably to efficient processes, exceptional products, and excellent talent retention. 

In addition, Jason was a hiring advisor and talent evaluator who has years of experience interviewing applicants and helping people with career development and transition.

Jason's passion for helping others develop brought him full time into leadership and management instruction for the Federal Government and eventually led to his transition into the private sector where he can help a greater range of needs, bringing his set of knowledge, experience, and compassion to as many people as possible. 

Jason has a degree in Government and international Politics from George Mason University and a MA in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University.  He also is a graduate of Georgetown University's rigorous leadership coaching program.
